We just got home from our extensive vacation. We wouldn’t be here now except for your service department and the kind and knowledgeable people you have working for you. We couldn’t find anyone to help us.
Good Sam Roadside assistance sent us to a U-Haul for the parts…..they don’t carry anything like that at all (sending another letter to them, not like this one).
Then we ran across your website and called you. Your hostess was kind and found us someone to help us. Your service department manager told us to get there fast as they close at 4:30pm.
We got there and he backed us into the service bay. At that moment I knew everything would be fine because 5 techs immediately jumped in to diagnosis the problem and start fixing it. They worked past closing time to get the job done and done right.
Paul, Matt, Cole and Adam along with you Brett worked and had us fixed in less then an hour even though our Primetime Tracer is not one that you sell. You had the right part they had to knowledge to install it right. We even had a fender coming off of the trailer and you put in new screws. WOW!!!!! Top grade Service.
I just knew it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get out of there but no…..it was so inexpensive and reasonable we decided we could continue our vacation.
We want to thank you and all of your Staff and service department for their kindness, consideration, speed and expertise.
