Our salesperson, Cassie was very helpful in making our decision to order a 2024 Lance 1985. Any questions that we had were answered promptly. Once the unit was on order, we were kept informed of the delivery date. On the delivery day Cheryl, the RV Technician went over operational and safety tips.
