At Southland Airstream & RV we’ve made several changes to keep our customers and staff safe during the current COVID-19 outbreak. We have several new policies in place to ensure that we are following the CDC guidelines to combat the spread of the virus.
- Multiple cleanings of high-volume surfaces and area
- No handshaking policy
- Minimum 6 feet of distance between everyone
- Your salesperson will not follow you into the camper while you browse

- There are multiple ways to contact us regarding the RV you are interested in. The best way is to use our new “Schedule Virtual Tour” button located on each RV for sale.
- Once you submit the form someone from our sales staff will reach out to you to schedule your personalized walkthrough video. Your walkthrough video can be done live on your cell phone or we can send you a YouTube link to your private tour. Let us know what works for you!
Sales Process: Fast and easy!
- Once you’ve found the perfect RV for you we can take your deposit over the phone or you can use our new “Place a Deposit” button located on each RV.
- After we receive your deposit you will be sent paperwork in your email to E-Sign.
Delivery Day: It’s almost time to meet your new RV!
- Once you’ve decided on a delivery date you can choose Curbside Pickup or Home Delivery. Curbside Pickup is free and Home Delivery will have a fee depending on the distance.
- Any paperwork needing physical signatures will be overnighted to you with a pre-addressed return envelope to send back to us.
- You will receive a Video Orientation of your new RV. This video will be accessible at any time if you need to refer back to it. We are also available by phone or video to answer any questions you might have after watching your orientation.
