The whole staff at the Richmond Hill location were very helpful and professional. This is our 4th travel trailer in the last 30 years and by far our best experience. Ken Brayboy was knowledgable, never pushy and well we really like him! The whole experience was excellent, our Imagine 17MKE by Grand Design is by far our favorite camper of the 4 we have owned.
